In this activity, students will identify examples of geometry in letters using a word of their choice. They create a color coded key to show examples of vertices, line segments, parallel lines, perpendicular lines, line segments, angles, and symmetry. Check out the cover of this resource for my example! Two versions are included (one with drawing guidelines and one without). I have kiddos use rulers to help them draw straight lines in their letters, trace their word in pencil first, then outline
