About the store
Welcome! I’m Mrs. Eldridge—Catholic educator, lifelong caregiver, and proud creator of faith-centered early-learning resources. I may be newer to the preschool classroom, but I am not new to teaching. I previously taught in the Communication Departments at both Missouri State University and Drury University, where I instructed Public Speaking and Communication Theory. After my husband, Chris, and I moved back to the St. Louis area to be closer to family, I served as a Social Worker for individuals with developmental disabilities before becoming a full-time mom. Along the way, I also ran a small cake-art business—creativity has always been part of who I am. Coming from big families, caring for children has always felt like a natural extension of my heart. I’ve been a room mother since 2011, volunteered at camps, jumped into any area where extra hands were needed, and have served as a Protecting God’s Children facilitator for the Archdiocese of St. Louis since 2014. Today, I am happily married, blessed with four wonderful children, and proud to call St. Joseph Parish my home since 2019. My teaching philosophy is rooted deeply in our Catholic faith: I believe every child is a miracle from God—unique as a snowflake—and that the early years are a sacred opportunity to help families guide their children toward a joyful, Christ-centered future. In my Teachers Pay Teachers store, you’ll find Catholic-themed, developmentally appropriate, classroom-tested Preschool and Pre-K resources designed to be clear, engaging, purposeful, and easy for teachers to use. Thank you for visiting my shop! I hope my materials bless your classroom as much as your work blesses the lives of your students.

Teaching style

Teaching Style My teaching style is warm, intentional, and deeply rooted in the belief that every child is uniquely created by God. I focus on creating a nurturing, structured environment where little learners feel safe, loved, and excited to grow. I balance hands-on exploration with clear routines to help young children develop confidence, independence, and joy in learning. In my classroom, I use play-based learning, faith-centered activities, and developmentally appropriate instruction to meet each child where they are. I incorporate sensory experiences, fine-motor practice, meaningful conversations, and simple, concrete learning tasks that build foundational skills. Consistency and gentle guidance are central to my approach—I believe children thrive when expectations are clear and when they know they are supported. Above all, I strive to model kindness, patience, gratitude, and a love for Christ in everyday interactions. My goal is to partner with families, celebrate each child’s God-given individuality, and cultivate a classroom community where learning is joyful, faith is woven naturally into the day, and every student feels like a treasured part of God’s family.
