For your dog and sheep loving friends and kids. This book is just for fun, but teaches some key terminology to sheep herding and Border Collies as well as some fun history and facts about the breed. All these photos are pictures of my dogs, with the exception of the historical figures like Queen Victoria and Auld Hemp. I used a paintify feature to make my photos look like oil paintings to create a more consistent look, but all this is my work!

My own education history

I have struggled with learning my whole life and as a struggling learner, have used that experience to build my approach as an instructor. My goal is to make interactive lessons that build interest for kids. I have a BA in Chinese and Political Science in SE Asia, a post bacc in teaching and a degree in church leadership, as well as 15 years of teaching experience.

Additional biographical information

I am very interested in Agricultural education and project based learning. We own a farm in Snohomish County WA where I farm Gotland sheep and work with Border Collies doing sheepdog trials. I am also a very passionate horse girl! We have one son, our first so far who is just over a year and I am loving working with homeschool families in alternative Ed.
