There are 4 different point sheets that can be customized for use with children who demonstrate behavioral difficulties. Goals can be individualized for your students. These can be used at home or at school with children ages 4-11.

This point sheet can be customized to promote and track 5 behavioral goals. The student will earn a smiley face or sad face for each of the goals that you list above. You can customize rewards for earning smiley faces or use the point sheet to collect data-or both!

Use this tool to help decrease students blurting in your classroom. This is a point sheet that can be used for an individual within the general or special education setting.

This editable basic point sheet will help motivate young students to make positive behavior choices. Stars can be colored in as frequently as needed to promote positive behaviors.
