I created this document to log RTI data for my 1st grade class. The log allows for 12 weeks of intervention and progress monitoring data for your RTI students.

I created these to use as an assessment too with my 1st grade students, but they could easily be used for 2nd grade as well. These could also be printed out and used in a handwriting center/station or as homework.
