This is a great thinking tracker for students to use during book clubs. They can use the tracker to share their thinking with the teacher to monitor comprehension and/or to promote discussion with other book club members during a book club.

Prereading questions for Wishtree. Students will activate their thinking and record questions they have and make predictions using the title and front cover of the book, Wishtree.

This works well to get students to activate their prior knowledge about camping in the woods before reading the novel "Lost".
