Adding or Subtracting Integers Dice Game

Use this dice game to supplement teaching 7th grade Math Common Core Standard 7.NS.1. Students take turns creating and modeling addition and subtraction integer problems to earn their score. The highest score after 10 rounds wins. My students loved this and said that it helped reinforce adding and subtracting with a number line. The directions are for adding integers but you can easily change it to practice Subtraction. Have fun!

This is a classroom set of Integer Rules with examples to display for your students. This could also be used as a PowerPoint to teach students the rules for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing integers.

This is an fun activity that allows students to extend their knowledge of integer rules of adding and multiplying integers. In this activity, students need to come up with two integers that can be added and multiplied to produce specific sums and products. I created this to use with my Algebra students before factoring polynomials because it helps students break down the middle term in a trinomial. It is also a great challenge activity for pre-algebra. *Please leave feedback if you can!

This is a fun way to practice or review adding and subtracting integers. Can be used as a whole class activity by dividing the class in half or with partners. Three in a row wins!
