Additional biographical information

Mrs. Read (Robin Margent) has been a well-regarded classroom teacher for nearly 30 years, in pre-school, kindergarten enrichment, and first and second grades. She is an IMSLEC and Orton-Gillingham certified teacher and currently teaches struggling readers in New Jersey public schools. She has three wonderful sons and lives with her husband in Northern New Jersey. Mrs. Write (Mia Lun) has worked in K-5 classrooms since 2007, following a successful career in broadcasting. She began her academic career, first as a paraprofessional working with students with special needs, and then as a long-term replacement teacher. She also teaches creative writing to teens and adults. Mia is the mother of two, and brings her curiosity and love of storytelling into the classroom.
