This is used with ReadWorks Article A Day. This is just a generic Book of Knowledge template that I created to use with my students who have special needs. We use this template to help them track the steps, and work on recalling what we read.

This quiz goes with the 5th grade Unit 1 (Personal Narratives) for Amplify 3rd Edition. This quiz covers the story "The First Real San Giving Day" lessons 1-5, and the word work vocabulary. There are multiply choice questions and short answer. I am a special education teacher and I have used these with my kids, and my general education grade level partners also use these.

I use this with all the Novel Studies that i do with students. It it a great way to create a overall plan to reference, its great to use with other resources just to get it all organized.
