This is a ladder style behaviour chart. I stick them along my board and each child has a peg with their name on it. The start in the middle of the chart ( on ready to learn). They either move their peg up or down depending on their behaviour. If they reach the bottom (crash) they will get a letter sent home to their parents. If they reach the top (flying high with great behaviour) they will be able to choose a reward card. You can download this resource (Reward Cards).
