The group is designed to support and encourage parents and caregivers through collaboration, education, and resources. We cover many different topics, one of which is behavior. This collaboration log is specifically useful for special education teachers. I created this as an easy-to-use system to record my collaboration notes for committee, staff, teacher, and grade-level meetings as well as communication with parents and service providers. I print and keep blank pages of this document in a binder to organize my collaboration. Each page contains a section to indicate the person who you communicated with, the date of collaboration, method of communication (meeting, phon
