About the store

I been in education going on my 3rd year. I began my teacher role in January 2023 with a 5th/6th grade classroom. I taught social studies, science, remedial math and language arts. Before stepping into the teacher role I worked while getting my education degree as a substitute teacher and an instructional assistant. I also have my certification to teach 7th-8th grade math and science.

About the store

Experience

Teaching style

My teaching style is traditional but relaxed, I am a relationship based teacher. Once I have a student, they are my student for life. I also like to teach using hands on learning to help develop concrete thinking.

My own education history

I graduated from high school in 2019 with my Academic Honors Degree. I graduated from college in 2023 with my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a 7th and 8th grade math and science endorsement.
