This hall pass is for students to fill out when leaving the classroom. There are times that situations occur and we as teachers don't have accurate documentation of when or where a student was or should have been. I made this in order to help with that. Q1. copy and paste your student roster to the drop-down menu Q2. input your students' homerooms if grouped (edit or remove is you are their only teacher) Q3. add all common reasons why your students tend to leave the classroom Q4. copy and paste

This google from is intended to document student behavior. All submission can be linked to a google sheet and at the end of the year responses on the google form can be cleared in order to use again, while still using the same google sheet (it'll be come a new sheet tab).
