This is a fun math-based STEM activity for use during the Halloween and fall season. Students will have the chance to modify a pumpkin for use as a bowling ball. They will then use the pumpkin to knock down the ten "pins". The focus of this fun activity is the math behind calculating a bowling score by hand! There is also an extension for calculating average speed of the pumpkin.
