About the store
I’ve spent the past 17 years working in education, primarily in private schools at the Pre-K level. After taking a few years away from the classroom to focus on my family following the birth of my second child, I returned to education as a paraeducator and teacher’s aide in K–3 settings. After relocating across the country, I continued my journey as a substitute teacher before stepping back into the classroom full-time. Since then, I’ve taught 4th grade for one year, 1st grade for three years, and I’m currently enjoying my role as a 2nd grade teacher.
