Over the last 10 years I have taught in South Africa, London and now New Zealand. I have also taught everything from New Entrant (Grade R) all the way up to Year 8.
New Zealand Curriculum level 1 and 2 measurement basic fact sheet. I print it on coloured paper and send it home at student conferences with the parents as part of my take home pack.
This is a product designed for Years 6 - 8 maths students who need to practice quickly recalling their maths basic facts (times tables, division rules, number bonds to 20 and fraction, decimal and percentage conversions). I use this as homework practice and also for my weekly assessment. Students have to try and beat their previous score. We keep track of how they go over a 10 week term and they have to challenge themselves each week to beat their personal best.
I use these for my year 3/4s (ages 7 and 8). I make 2 copies. The first copy I attach to their home work book bag using a book ring. The second I keep on a lanyard in the classroom so that I have a copy of their passwords.
This resources is completely editable and easy to personalise to whatever online logins your school or class uses. I have just left in the ones which I use as an example of what can be done.
Once all the learner information is inserted into the card, I have save them as a PD
In Room 4 we are working on achieving our literacy badges. I made this template for my class to use for a character portrait.
