I created this name tent as a desk reference. It includes spaces on the student side for CHAMPS reminders, classroom rules/ norms, and a Claim/ Evidence/ Reasoning reminder as relevant to middle school science. I created these Eagle Eye slips as a part of our school-wide PBIS program. Students can complete a slip to recognize a student they see displaying a character pillar. The slips are collected in the office and posted on a bulletin board. Printing the slips on multiple colored papers has a neat effect. :)
