Teaching style

My approach is rooted in multi-sensory learning, combining visuals, movement, hands-on activities, and mindfulness strategies to support engagement, self-regulation, and social-emotional learning (SEL). I focus on creating inclusive, trauma-informed spaces where students build confidence, independence, and positive behavior. My resources are low-prep, flexible, and evidence-informed, making them easy to use across grade levels and settings. Don't see exactly what you are looking for? Message me for a custom creation.

My own education history

I am a school psychologist with over a decade of experience working with PK-12 students. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2007. I also achieved a masters and specialist degree (Psy. S.) in school psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU). My true passion is helping parents, teachers, and students understand their potential, learning style, and help others understand them to overcome challenges.
