This product is to be used as a reminder in the classroom for voice levels.
0 = no voice
1 = whisper
2 = table talk
3 = strong speaker
4 = outside
It is a great classroom management tool to be able to quickly say "class, voice level 2 for this activity" and they will know the expectation.

My own education history
Student taught in college in a public 1st/2nd grade class, Instructional Assistant in a 1st Grade classroom at a private gifted school, 1st grade teacher in a private school, 2nd/3rd grade multi-age, 2nd grade in a private school. Then I moved to a large public school where I taught 2nd grade for 2 years. Then moved to a smaller public school district where I have been teaching 1st grade ever since!
