Substitute Teacher - Student Reflection
This is a reflection sheet to be completed by the entire class after a substitute. This is appropriate for all students to complete, good, bad and indifferent. Students will take ownership of their individual behaviors (positive and negative) and the respective consequences to those behaviors. I have 25 years of teaching experience in grades 6-12. I've taught many areas of science including physics, chemistry, biology and anatomy/physiology. I've also taught and tutored math.
Teaching style
Fun, hands-on activities as well as time to focus on independent reading and seatwork. Structured classroom time with a daily routine in place for both traditional 55 minute classes and longer block day schedules.
My own education history
Bachelor's degree in Biology. Completed my teaching credential after 2 years of graduate work in my field. Master's degree in educational administration.
