EDITABLE first day of school questionnaire. Great opportunity to get an "inventory" of your new students. Intended for high schoolers.

This slide deck provides 24 different questions and answers for a unit review activity. MATHO is played much like Bingo. Students label their MATHO boards (available in my TPT store for free) with numbers 1-24 with one free space. They put an "x" through that number (listed at random in the slide deck) when they get it correct. I have my students do their work on whiteboards, but scrap paper would work in a pinch! I like to add a little competition and give candy to the first 3 students who get
