Experience

I started out in elementary school, then moved into teaching middle school math. I have also taught other electives, like learning strategies to help keep students organized and provide additional support for assignment and homework completion.I am also my school's math department chair. Teaching style

I am fair but firm with my students. I joke and use sarcasm often, it's more fun in middle school as they start to understand it more. I try to include real world math and relate it to something they'll need later in life also. I am known on my campus as a teacher not to mess with as I follow through with my classroom expectations and consequences with all my students regardless of where on campus they may be! Many students describe me as their favorite teacher ever, some can't stand me! (mostly the rule breakers, haha)
