Students are given 10 problems to find the total value of a savings account or the interest earned using the compound interest formula. This Google Sheet will give automatic feedback if a student has a correct answer. This was created for extra practice with the compound interest formula, and I am using this with my 8th graders. This file contains 10 8th grade units based from Texas. Each unit has the 8th Grade Texas TEKs, "I can" statements, vocabulary, and essential questions. I use these at the beginning of each unit. I scale each page down 85% before printing and have students glue to the beginning of each unit in their notebook. These could also be printed "as is" for the beginning of each unit in a binder.
