The lesson will highlight our history lesson on colonial America by having the students researching a key person, event, or idea from this time period. There will not be any duplicate topics. They will present their findings to a small group. This way, the students will be able to learn about several of the key people, events, and ideas. The assessment has two parts to it. The first part will be a completion grade; they will have a worksheet about their topic to fill out. The second part is for
