2nd-3rd Grade Project Based Learning: Plan a Halloween Carnival
Hello! In this project-based learning unit, students will be tasked with planning a neighborhood Halloween carnival. There are seven student activities included: • Games: double-digit addition & subtraction • Pick a Costume: double-digit subtraction. • The Snack Table: U.S. coin recognition & adding coins • The Haunted House: area & subtraction • Halloween Decorations: multi-step: find the totals, then find ½ of the amount (fraction of a set) • Design a Poster: a marketing strategy • E
