Welcome to Ms. CiCi’s Book Nook™. I design structured academic systems and engaging classroom resources for Grades 2–5 across Literacy, STEM, Math, and Social-Emotional Learning. My niche is creating reflection-based stories,journals, and learning experiences that support emotional growth, literacy, and generational connection. Each bundle is intentionally built to strengthen skills, encourage discussion, and develop confident learners — while remaining classroom-ready and easy to implement. From seasonal units to complete writing systems, every resource reflects clarity, purpose, and organization. Because confidence grows when learning is structured.

My teaching style is structured, student-centered, and discussion-driven I believe academic success happens when students: • Think deeply • Speak confidently • Justify their reasoning • Practice with purpose My resources are built around clear expectations, scaffolded support, and meaningful engagement — helping teachers increase rigor while keeping lessons manageable and organized. I design with one question in mind: “How can this resource make instruction stronger and simpler at the same time?”

The most rewarding moments in my teaching career have come from watching students develop academic confidence — especially those who once struggled to participate or believe in their ability. Seeing students independently lead discussions, explain complex math thinking, and grow into strong readers has been the greatest professional accomplishment of my career. Impact matters — and student growth is the true measure of success.

I have 30+ years teaching experience. Professional growth is a priority for me, and I consistently refine my instructional practices to align with current research and effective classroom implementation. This experience is reflected in classroom instruction, Readers Theater, children's plays, children's poetry, reflective devotionals/planners, Heart League™ series, Between Places Mysteries™(Tween), Quiet Truth™ (quiet suspense) I hold a BA from UC Davis, a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and an MPH in Public Health Education from San Jose State. I continue to study evidence-based instructional strategies in literacy, mathematics, and student engagement.

Ms. CiCi’s Book Nook™ was created to support teachers who want structured, academically strong, and thoughtfully designed resources — without spending hours building materials from scratch. My goal is to provide tools that increase student engagement, strengthen foundational skills, and make instruction feel organized and intentional. Thank you for being here.
