I currently teach 3rd grade l in a small, rural district. I love my school and the people I work with. Most importantly, I love my students.
Teaching style
I am a HUGE fan of active engagement and WBT.
I also believe that every student that walks through that door has the potential to do something amazing and therefore, I always expect great things.
I think in order for students to be truly successful, they need to feel like being at school is the greatest way they can spend their time. I work hard to foster relationships and a sense of community in the classroom. From there, I do everything I can to keep learning engaging and fun for my students.
I create resources that encourage students to take an active role in their learning while also having a little fun!
