Visually Rich "Plants" Science Test
This is a very visually rich and scaffolded science test on the unit of Plants. Because this test is so scaffolded and visually embedded, it is perfect for English Language Learners of all language proficiency levels, SPED students, or any visual learner (such as myself!). My students have loved this test and it has been truly powerful in demonstrating their knowledge of the content rather than having their content knowledge obstructed by an overwhelming amount of reading or language.

About the store
Teaching style
My ultimate goal is to create a safe and natural learning environment for my students as well as to discover their individual needs. Through doing so, I believe that I can mold my instruction around the unique needs of each student as well as draw upon their prior knowledge and experiences as a rich resource for contributions to our classroom. It is through meeting their specific needs and through having students take an active role in our classroom that I believe my students will be able to learn in comfortable manner that is best suited to them as individuals.
My own education history
I graduated from George Mason University with a Masters degree in Education. While working on my masters, I specifically concentrated on Curriculum Development and Instruction and English as a Second Language Instruction.
