Teaching style
My teaching style combines the Montessori approach with the Reggio Emilia approach, allowing for a child-centered environment that promotes independence and creativity. I believe in fostering an equal balance between structured learning and open-ended exploration, encouraging children to express their ideas and collaborate with their peers.
