This activity helps students with number recognition and one to one correspondence. Students choose a mat, look at the number beneath the shirt, and add that many buttons to the shirt. The file is easily modified to increase the numbers and difficulty. Students are drawn to the bright colors and hands on factor. This activity makes for a great center! Note: preview images do not show numbers, but the true product includes numbers listed under each shirt.
