Puzzle worksheet to practice naming angles by 3 letters or by a number. Answer sheet is provided. Note - I left the directions puposefully vague. I tell my lower level students to start with the angle named in the box and match it to the appropriate number. I often let my upper level students approach it however they choose.

Students will identify angles formed by 2 lines and a transversal to determine the answer to the riddle. Angles identified are: - alternate interior - alternate exterior - corresponding - same side interior - same side exterior

This is a puzzle that involves complementary, supplementary and vertical angles.

Activity to identify quadrilaterals and other polygons.

Students will find the x and y intercepts for each equation. They cross off each intercept to reveal the answer to the riddle.

Help students identify parts of a circle. Diameter is not used; it is identified as a chord. I use the opportunity to remind them that a diameter is a special chord because it goes through the center. Parts are: Major Arc Minor Arc Semicircle Radius Chord Secant Tangent Central Angle Inscribed Angle
