About the store
I am passionate about teaching and have been since I began my journey at 18, working with students across a wide range of ages and grade levels. My experience includes teaching preschool, Kindergarten, and First Grade, as well as substituting for grades Pre-K through 12. I may not do fancy covers or fancy fonts but I hope you're able to find something useful in my shop. I attempt to use free commercial fonts and graphics as much as possible, and most of my products will be prices at $1 to keep the products accessible for all teachers. I find immense joy and success in tutoring and working one-on-one with students, tailoring lessons to meet their unique needs. As a substitute, I’ve seen the impact of well-crafted lesson plans—and those that could use improvement. This inspired me to help teachers create effective sub plans that set substitutes up for success, ensuring a smooth and productive day for students. I’m excited to share resources and strategies that make teaching and learning easier for everyone involved. Let’s work together to create an engaging and supportive learning environment!

Teaching style

My teaching style is dynamic and flexible, adapting to the needs of my students in real time. I’m a strong advocate for hands-on learning and active participation, creating an engaging environment where students can thrive. I believe in the power of child-directed learning and incorporate it whenever possible, encouraging students to explore their interests and take ownership of their learning. If a lesson isn’t resonating with everyone, I’m not afraid to pivot and try a new approach, ensuring all students stay engaged and feel successful. My goal is to create a classroom where learning is both meaningful and enjoyable!
