This is an interactive station where students can control and self-regulate their emotions! Students can simply take an inspiration quote from one of the boxes (or however you choose to set it up) and use it to calm down. They also have the chose of making their own quotes. This is ENTIRELY editable! I had this printed as a poster size in PP, but you can also make them mini handouts for every student! It came in handy when a student would ask what they should do. "Look at the "Finished Early" poster!"
