Kiddos have emotions- LOTS of them! Sometimes it can be hard to open up about those feelings. Here's a non-disruptive way for them to communicate with you! *I have a mailbox in my classroom where the kiddos can place the letters in!

This is an interactive station where students can control and self-regulate their emotions! Students can simply take an inspiration quote from one of the boxes (or however you choose to set it up) and use it to calm down. They also have the chose of making their own quotes. This is ENTIRELY editable! I had this printed as a poster size in PP, but you can also make them mini handouts for every student! It came in handy when a student would ask what they should do. "Look at the "Finished Early" poster!"

This is a great activity to introduce 3D shapes to your littles! It gets your kiddos up and moving around the classroom! This can be an independent or partner activity.
