This is an interactive station where students can control and self-regulate their emotions! Students can simply take an inspiration quote from one of the boxes (or however you choose to set it up) and use it to calm down. They also have the chose of making their own quotes. This is a great activity to introduce 3D shapes to your littles! It gets your kiddos up and moving around the classroom! This can be an independent or partner activity.
