Track student behavior weekly. Check off when the behavior is exhibited or when their goal is accomplished instead. (For example: the child's goal might be to raise their hand when they have a question. You can either check it off each time they blurt out or check it off when they use their hand signal instead.) Add in goals to manage the behavior. Take quick notes for parents to see. Sign it and have parents sign it so they are aware of their child's behavior each week!

Great for Pre-K and Kindergarten students to practice their skills! You can even laminate it and have them use dry erase makers for a reusable learning tool to practice with for years to come!

Then type in your students names and print it and laminate it!

This name tag can be edited to make it whatever you want. I created this entirely by myself. The number line is color coated for a reason. The black dots are above benchmark numbers, the green dots will help students count by twos, and the red dots will help students count by fives. All you have to do is make duplicates of this slide before you write on it (duplicate enough for your class).
