About the store
My teaching knowledge came from my cosmetology experience 28 years ago. I started to teach Cosmetology an then I became an educator and technical trainer for companies like Revlon and Hair Club for Men and Paul Mitchell Schools. I saw a need after having injured myself that our youth needed help developing their ability to feel good about their self. I came up with Listen Dream and Think. It will help youth learn who they are and how to be positive when making decisions for them, their peers and their communities. I now have 2 schools where I teach Listen Dream and Think as a after school program for at-risk youth.

This after school program and lesson will helped students that may be in detention or having challenges with behavior or discipline create a better student. I have had success with youth from 14 to 19 and they have learned who and why they are good students.

Teaching style
It is activities and I have fun with it. Students need listening skills to help them create a lifestyle of purpose. Good behaviors come from how they feel about who they are. Have fun when teaching it. Listen Dream and Think is a 3 modular program where each part supports the other part. It takes 18 - 24 weeks to complete if done weekly. If your school has a daily after school program for youth then it should only take 8 - 12 weeks.

I have worked with youth for over 40 years and I have learned they need to know who they are, why they behave the way they do and how do I trust you and open up to you.
