Students are given data from an experiment and they are asked to creat a bar graph from this data. They identify the independent and dependent variable.

This activity helps students learn to accurately measure temperature, make accurate graphs,analyze data, conduct experiments. They will measure the rate different materials heating up. This takes 1 class period.
