About the store
I have 10 years of teaching experience in 5th and 6th grade. I have my masters in reading from UVA and love to integrate literacy across content areas. I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of learners, including students with ADHD, ADD, students with learning disabilities, deaf and HOH students, blind students, students with emotional disorders, ESOL students, and gifted students. I'd describe my teaching styles as creative, arts integrated, literacy focused, interactive, cooperative, and appropriately challenging. I also like to give students multiple ways to show me what they know.
