I used this 8 page book to do a cross-curricular activity the last few days before Thanksgiving Break. This would also make a great Halloween activity, that doesn't focus on ghosts and goblins!

This file is for the teacher and accompanies my student packet for the Pumpkin Learning Center. The items included are: - A letter to send home to parents describing the activity, its relationship to the curriculum, and asking students to bring in an old t-shirt - A full lesson plan with PA state standards (easily adaptable) -3 pages of print-outs that I used in the hallway to decribe my bulletin board and get excitement going!

I used this system in my class beginning in January to increase practice of skills for the state tests given in March. It was a huge success! This item includes the letter I sent home to parents/gaurdians and the Raffle tickets I used. You can create your own packets that focus on whatever skills you worked on all year so it can be used in any classroom!
