I could never find the perfect data tracking system. Then, I relaized that there is no perfect one way of doing it. Depending on your lesson or activity, it may require a different type of data tracking tool. So, here is what is included: - A parent Teacher conference essential notes for each child and subject, where you write in any notes that the parent should be aware of for each subject. - A Data tracking sheet where you can type in the names of students who are at a table. This is my favor
