This unofficial gradebook allows you to record, analyze, and review grades. This gradebook has let me input grades to the official gradebook once weekly without having to login to the official gradebook every. single. time. I have included an NTI (Not Turned In) count for each student and for the class to help keep on top of missing assignments. All NTIs are also highlighted for your convenience! If you have multiple classes (like in middle and high schools), I recommend making a new one (or ma

Parent Teacher Conferences can be stressful. You might need talking points or to organize your thoughts (especially if you have more than 20 students). Make sure you are organized in your thoughts and provide meaningful feedback to their guardians that is INDIVIDUALIZED for each student! This is very useful for me as I also print off their entire report card. I do not teach all subjects (aka not self contained) so I like to write these based on feedback that I would give and observations I see i

Keep track of your kids! I am someone who needs to collect this data myself as my school doesn't have a solid system for tracking attendance other than at the beginning of the day and for early checkout. This helps me keep track of student attendance (especially tardies) and allows me to analyze data!

Make sure your student's parents know they are expected at tutoring! This is a great additional way of making sure parents know that their student needs extra help and is EXPECTED to be there (or be square). Just add your name, print, and fill out as needed.

These are super simple way to easily collect data from students regarding their understanding in a group setting. In lessons, you can pose questions that are true false, multiple choice, and yes or no and students will place their finger over their response. This is a quick way for me to collect data without my students knowing. I like to laminate these to help with durability and reusability.

These are awesome for my students and their workbook assignments. It helps me speed up grading and inputting grades and it can help you communicate with parents what their workbook assignments are (with the due date). I laminate these (using bookmark laminating pouches) and have a bunch of WET ERASE markers. All students need when its time for a new assignment is a little bit of water and tissue and then they can write their new assignment! You can also record their grade their and have a system
I absolutely love using these. I keep my essential questions posted. Use some Tack it Over and Over and laminate the signs and you have perfect signs. You can use these with dry erase, wet erase, or even sharpies (just use rubbing alcohol to remove). I keep these posted on my board and update them with the units and/or lessons!
