This resource is designed to generate student knowledge of a range of artists. The resource comes with an A3 poster background and a range of artist which have been sized to fit the background. Teachers alternate the focus artist each fortnight to increase cultural capitol. The resource is a brief introduction to the artist and a range of their works, designed to generate interest and curiosity about artists and their works.

This resource is designed as a presentation to show your class which introduces the basics of using clay in the classroom. This includes, vocabulary words needed for clay, stages of clay, building techniques and a knowledge quiz at the end. This resource can be adapted to include writing notes and copying the illustrations that match the technique being shown to increase understanding or as a simple introduction at the start of a clay unit of work.
