Sight Word books like these are used at our school in both the Ged Ed and Special Ed rooms. The students are always excited to stamp their books and move on to the next list. I made this resource for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students using the Bedrock Literacy Curriculum, but it can be used for any spelling list with ten words (plus two review words). Included in this product are blank calendar pages for each month of the year with ASL signs for the days of the week and the months. In addition there are individual cards for each day of the week, as well as today, tomorrow and yesterday cards used to match with the days of the week. These calendar pages can be used for group calendar time, 1:1 calendar time, or even for the students to use independently to keep their own calendars.
