**The Fall Leaf Parade Kindergarten Emergent Reader Little Book**This emergent reader little book is a fantastic entry into developing reading skills. This can be used in guided reading groups or reading to oneself. The story uses a rhyming pattern. This story includes Fall vocabulary words, such as fall, Halloween, pumpkins, leaves, night, bright.

Students will count the number shown by the base ten blocks. Using their answers, students will be able to connect the dots to discover what the "mystery artwork" is on the following page. In total their are 5 mysteries to solve.

This timeline gives a detailed account of the gradual slide into full scale war in 1914. Students will be able to see the domino effect certain key decisions had on nations entering the war. The timeline of events allows students to grasp how the war was caused by a multitude of factors which they will be able to trace and recall with their timeline.
