Experience

I'm a first year teacher in the Bronx. I currently teach 9th grade honors ELA, 9th grade integrated ENL/ELA, and 9th grade Standalone ESL. I recently completed a semester student teaching in Williamsburg, Virginia, where I taught 8th grade honors ELA, 8th grade general education ELA, and 8th grade ICT ELA.

My own education history

I recently graduated summa cum laude from the College of William and Mary. My B.A. is in English and Secondary Education, with a minor in psychology. I hold 3 certifications: K-12 ESL in Virginia, 6-12 Secondary English in Virginia, and 7-12 Secondary English in New York, and I'm finalizing my K-12 ESL certification in New York.
