Color Coded Behavior Chart

I use this chart as a daily behavior sheet for students who have multiple behaviors to track. For each time stamp, I give points based on the amount of prompts given to the student, then at the end of the day I color each box green (good), yellow (ok), or red (needs improvement). This chart is easy for parents to understand with the colors, and can help track time stamps for certain behaviors.
