Additional biographical information

I believe that students should all be treated equally within a safe, inviting, nurturing classroom. Students should be able to express themselves through creativity, cooperative discussions, and differentiated instruction. Within our classrooms students should have the ability to show their understanding of information in ways that promote individuality and their creative nature through alternate assignments and activities. Ultimately, I believe that the future of our communities relies on students who I believe we can positively impact within our classrooms, thus having a positive effect within the world as a whole.
