This download is a visual for regulating emotions based on the four different zones (green, red, yellow, and blue). The visual includes the different emotions for each zone, along with coping strategies in order to get back to the green zone (happy, calm, focused, okay).

This download includes worksheets of 15 different flags (ex: USA, Japan, Chile, Greece, etc.). It is simplified worksheet that have individuals identify the names of the flags, how many colors are on the flag, identify what colors are on the flag, and what shapes are on the flag. A key is also included that coordinate the page number with what flag it is associated with. Note: flags that are supposed to have white on them come off as a light grey

This download includes a visual for understanding boundaries. It breaks the "bubble" into different relationships (ex: family, friends, trusted adults, and strangers) and what actions can be done (ex: high-five, shake hands, hug). It is great for teaching individuals about safety skills and personal space.
