About the store
I am currently an Intervention Specialist in my 7th year of teaching. I run the Student Assistance Center at a career center. The goal of my store is to make your life easier while ensuring that I provide options for students with disabilities to have access to the general education curriculum.

In the past, I have worked with elementary and middle school students. I am DIBELS trained, step-by-step reading intervention trained, Wilson Reading Level I trained, Hand-on-Equations trained, and am have worked with the TLJ Consulting Company to learn Algebra strategies. I have worked in inclusionary settings and am adept at helping regular education teachers make the appropriate modifications and accommodations for their classrooms. I have attended various conferences, including NCTM and inclusion-focused conferences.

End of the Year STEM Research Project
A great end of the year activity for any STEM course. Directions are simply written and the project is a great introduction to research. This project is great for the end of the year when students tend to be unmotivated because there is a lot of freedom to choose a topic that interests them.
The packet includes:
- title page;
- a variety of topic suggestions;
- pre-research activities;
- a guided, simple, annotated bibliography;
- research questions;
- description of poster project requirement

Geometry Coordinate Plane Quiz
This 40 question quiz assesses students' basic knowledge of the coordinate plane. 7 matching questions focus on vocabulary. Students must label the 4 quadrants of the coordinate plane. Students must identify ordered pairs and plot points on the coordinate plane when given ordered pairs. This assessment was used in a modified geometry I special education course, but it could be used for any grade level.

AGS Geometry Lesson 1-1 Points and Lines in the Plane Powerpoint
An introductory geometry powerpoint presentation complete with custom slide animation to make the lesson go smoothly. Vocabulary includes: collinear, endpoints, geometry, line, line segment, plane, point, ray. Includes a kinesthetic activity idea and career and community connection slides. I teach special education high school; however, this presentation would be appropriate for middle-school students as well.

Properties of Real Numbers Presentation
This presentation covers:
- commutative properties of addition and multiplication
- associative properties of addition and multiplication
- identity properties of addition and multiplication
- multiplicative properties of 0 and -1
- deductive reasoning and counterexamples
The slides include notes with ideas for activities to assist students in discovering concepts and themes on their own.

Algebraic Equations Double Quiz
This two-part quiz is great for motivating students to buy in to the learning process. First, give students quiz #1. Then, grade it and pass it back along with a second copy of the same quiz. Go over each of the problems. Students need to record notes for all problems that they missed on the second copy of the quiz. Students must go back to each problem that they missed and highlight their exact mistake.
