This is a digital checklist that allows students the ability to digitally check off items. I use this in my 4th grade class and assign it on Schoology! It creates a copy for each student and they can keep track of their work each week. This is a great tool to teach organizational skills to student and keep them on task!

Have parents fill out this "All About Your Student" sheet at Meet the Teacher or Open House! This is a great way to have some basic communication information on hand and to learn more about your students. Parents fill out "shine" and "support" boxes to help you better understand the needs of your new students. This is a perfect sheet to reference all year! This is a printable PDF sheet. I recommend printing on color paper so it is easy to find all year long!
